skillpouch unlink
Stop syncing one assistant, or this whole computer. Every file stays, as a real file instead of a link.
Without --assistant, the whole computer stops syncing; your pouch stays on the server, and running skillpouch sets the computer up again. Link an assistant again with skillpouch select --on <id>.
